Yesterday at my internship was an interesting day. The day had run pretty smoothly for the most part, until the afternoon hit. At this time, the tenants on the 2nd floor of the building came to us and said that it was very hot upstairs. I went up there to check this, and it was hot. The next thing we had to do was call out the AC man again so he could come fix the problem. Due to this we had to stay longer than usual hours. The AC man did not finish until about 6:30, which after he was done, we could leave. Now today, I went back upstairs and the air condition is working just like normal. This is one of the many things that a commercial building manager must do. I am grateful for this internship opportunity, and I have learned a lot about the jobs and tasks of a commercial building manager.
