Working at a reception hall catering events in itself contains humor. Working with someone like Mr. Kyle makes the humor double. Being in action at a wedding following Mr. Kyle around in retrospect can be scary at first. A lot of things are happening all at once. while I'm on one thing it seems as if he is already on another. That is when I have to realize that he has been doing this for years. The amount of dedication that this business takes to be successful is hard work. Having a well-built relationship with your staff is one of the best things an employer can achieve. Without this, your guests will not be satisfied. Your staff is the face of your business. For your business to have a good overall appearance, your staff must feel comfortable like a family. People working together in harmony creates the best work environment. Seeing coworkers have a friendly relationship and talking to me even made me feel at home.
