This week of my internship at Ogden, they are nearing both the end of the month and the date of the silent auction. So, this week is all about tying up loose ends and getting last minute details wrapped up. The last few days have been focused on editing and revising the mailing list. Though it has been tedious and has not been my favorite job so far, it has given me a new appreciation for how much work something as simple as a letter has behind it. It has also been an interesting experience to be in an environment where incredible pieces of art and a normal office environment are seamlessly combined. What at first glance seems to be an everyday office is actually a lot more interesting upon closer inspection. Every office space has its own collection of art pieces scattered about, each collection unique to its owner and varying in style as you pass by. Then, if you take a right at the end of the office hallway you walk directly into the storage vault. So far, this internship has been a fun and eye opening experience.
