I’ve been working with Ray for a week now and my favorite activity has been demolishing a house. It’s nothing I haven’t seen before but it’s always been something that I’ve seemed to enjoy. We are in the process of trying to adhere to a timeline because of the upcoming Parade of Homes, which is a great way to advertise a contractors work as well as develop new ideas for future projects. One thing that I enjoy most is watching the attention to detail that goes into constructing each house. This job has taught me that every house is custom and with that, comes a lot of dedication to both the client as well as the workers. Ray says that he never wanted to be the man to have his business handed down to him but rather, he wanted to be the man to work his way up the ladder and be able to look back upon the masterpieces he’s created and have something to be proud of.
