on the following days working at Weidao, I learned about how the management of restaurant works(what do you need to do if you want to open one) It was a relatively small restaurant (12 tables) so the family had to do everything including ordering raw materials, taking out trashes, premake food etc. they told me how all the Chinese restaurants are having hard times and they are making less and less profits these days. Raw materials are more and more expensive and more Chinese restaurants are opening in the town. I was really grateful that they could share all these information with me and let me know more about the industry. Also the family let me help everything that I could do for them instead of just let me wash dishes. I was also grateful that they trust me and let me order stuff for people and put them in computers.
