Nigel Tatum Post #3

Today I spent the morning adding files to the database of the new applicants to the school. There is a number of kids that have applied to the school for next year and need to have their personal record in the database. My job was to find out what each kid did or did not have in their application process, including report cards and other personal information thats needed. Yesterday, I helped Mrs. Lihn Le with the diplomas for the 8th grade graduation and also their gifts that they will be receiving. The gift includes a picture of their graduating class from a trip they went on earlier in the year called Kanuga. They also get a pin that has the school's logo and a framed invite to the graduation. Kanuga is a one week hiking trip that the 8th graders take, which is in North Carolina. They go at the beginning of the year and it's a school tradition for many years. I myself has taken this trip and it is meant for the grade to connect more as its their final year before high school. This graduation should round up all and everything they have done at this school as they map their journey to go off to high school.
