First of all, I would like to apologize in advance for writing about any information that Bennett already covered. First thing this morning, Bennett and I moved our belongings across the office from the tech region to the business region. We began to shadow David Fisher, who is the Customer Success Manager here at Lucid. We sat in on a large meeting called "Experience and Solutions" with approximately thirty people in our office in addition to about twenty people in Lucid’s office in India and about 10 people that were participating in the meeting through a conferencing application called “Zoom” which reminds me a lot of Skype. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the financial progress of certain projects compared to the previous year and evaluate the progress in relation to the predetermined goals. After that meeting, we sat in on a meeting with a client named “Sentient Decision Science” where David instructed the clients on how to set quotas and filters for their target survey audience. It is amazing how much stuff we have done in only two hours on a Monday morning!
